The Social Worker Program Coordinator is assigned to the Social Work Service in the Durham VA Health Care System and is responsible for the professional and administrative management of the Caring for Older Adults and Caregivers at Home (COACH), a home based dementia care program. The program is under the clinical and administrative guidance of the Geriatric Extended Care - GEC. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
