RN Tier 1 CSO PRN- $45/HR Shift diff
· Commit to 36 hours per 6-week schedule
· Hours are not guaranteed
· Work 1 weekend shift per 6-week schedule
· Work 1 holiday during commitment period (if app)
· Works at the Killeen facility with minimum competency to work 1 area/unit
· Reports to CTX CSO department leaders
RN-Tier 2 CSO PRN– $47/HR Shift diff
· Commit to 36 hours per 6-week schedule
· Hours are not guaranteed
· Work 1 weekend shift per 6-week schedule
· Work 1 holiday during commitment period (if app)
· Works at the Killeen facility but willing to go to Lampasas if needed
· AH facilities with minimum competency to work 1 area/unit
· Reports to CTX CSO department leaders
RN Tier 3 CSO PRN– $50/HR Shift diff
· Commit to 48 hours per pay period
· Hours are not guaranteed
· Work 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
· Work 1 holiday during commitment period (if app)
· Works at the Killeen facility but willing to go to Lampasas if needed with minimum competency to work 2 areas/units
· May request 1-week unpaid vacation during commitment period. Must provide manager 4 weeks’ notice for vacation requests
· Reports to CTX CSO departmental leaders
RN Tier 4 CSO PRN– $55/HR Shift diff
· Commit to 72 hours per pay period
· Hours are not guaranteed
· Work 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
· Work 1 holiday during commitment period (if app)
· Works at the Killeen facility but willing to go to Lampasas if needed with minimum competency to work 2 areas/units
· May request 1-week unpaid vacation during commitment period. Must provide manager 4 weeks’ notice for vacation requests
· Reports to CTX CSO departmental leaders
· May be contracted to a specific unit/site manager

The role you’ll contribute:
The Staff RN coordinates the care and service of selected patient populations across the continuum of illness; promotes effective utilization of and monitors health care resources; and provides input and information to the interdisciplinary team via the Charge Nurse to achieve optimal clinical and resource outcomes.The Staff RN will adhere to and follow the goals, philosophy, policies, standards and guidelines of AdventHealth Central Texas.

·Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive plan of care through a multidisciplinary care team process in conjunction with the patient/family in internal and external settings.
·Comprehensively assess patients' goals as well as their biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and discharge planning needs by procuring services through hospital resources.
·Contacts other key members of the team as needed.
·Seeks peer consultation regarding cases that present problems/significant variances.
·Acts as a liaison to post-hospital care providers and community health resources.
·Manages each patient transition through the system and transfers accountability to the appropriate person/agency upon discharge from unit and/or from hospital.
·In group practice modality, consistently and constructively attends meetings of the practice group and participates in regular peer review.
·Recognizes and identifies life threatening situations, responding with immediate action according to protocol/policy with no unjustified documented variances
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program
·Current Texas RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State
·BLS certification
