The Director Surgery Center plays a major role in the development and implementation of organizational strategic initiatives and long term business planning. The Director is responsible for the overall operations and patient care processes for the Shawnee Mission Surgery Center. The position will be accountable for establishing policy while providing sound operational planning and day-to-day management. The Director will assure compliance with all governmental and accreditation regulations, Ambulatory Surgery Center Quality Reporting, and the Infection Control Program for the Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Kansas Registered Nurse License
BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience
