What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * MSW required* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required, Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilities with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED. Current Driver's license* LCSW, preferred.* BLS Required for facilities with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED. * Valid Driver License Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly  This role will cover 8:00am - 4:30pm.  We do some weekend rotations (1 shift every 4 weeks or 2 shifts per 6 weeks). Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
