We are seeking a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our rapidly growing Mental Health Care team.
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW Standing by our commitment to expand intensive mental health programs and improve access to care for kids and teens, Children's Minnesota is launching our second PHP site (partial hospitalization program) in Roseville, MN scheduled to open in January 2023. Join a multidisciplinary team of 6 psychiatric providers, program therapists, mental health specialists, registered nurses, and music and art therapists.
Children's Minnesota PHP is a structured outpatient mental health program, designed to meet the needs of each individual child through hours of therapy each day, with the patient returning home to their family on evenings and weekends. Divided into groups of elementary, middle and high school aged groups, we will serve children from 6 to 18 years old. With a 24-bed capacity the Roseville PHP program is expected to serve approximately 500 kids annually.
POSITION SUMMARY
A blend of outpatient clinic and partial hospital care.
Monday - Friday with expectation of 32 patient contact hours/week along with departmental meetings and occasional cross coverage
No afterhours call
Clinical research opportunities are likely available if interested

Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
