Work 40 hours per week from 9 am - 5 pm
45-minute appointments; see 6 - 7 patients per day
Hybrid/remote potential (with 2 days on site)
Includes medical, life insurance, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME
Participate in regular rotation as an on-call clinician after hours
Prefer 2+ years of experience
Master's degree required
