Intermediate Care Technician
The employee performs ongoing patient care duties in the Emergency Department. Duties include providing assessment and management of ambulatory patients seen in the Emergency Department. The incumbent will evaluate patients for emergency medical conditions, order appropriate diagnostic studies and perform a wide range of treatment procedures under the direction of the supervising physician. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 03/06/2023. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
