Pediatric Associates at Northwoods is seeking a full time BC/BE pediatrician to join our team! We are a long-standing five pediatrician, one nurse practitioner office located in Taunton, Massachusetts. Taunton is located a short distance from Boston, Providence and Cape Cod.
We have been serving this community for three decades and have many second-generation families in the practice. We have a wonderfully diverse patient population, attracting patients from Taunton and the local suburban communities. We are looking forward to continuing to grow and develop our active practice.
We are associated with Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital and Affiliated Pediatric Practices (an affiliation of Southeastern Massachusetts pediatricians united for contracting and performance improvement). We use the academic hospitalist service at both hospitals, so there are no rounding or other in-patient responsibilities. Call will be one in six nights and weekends. We use a nurse telephone triage service for the overnight hours.
We are a certified Patient Centered Medical Home. Our comprehensive care includes having an in-house pediatric psychologist, a social worker, a community health worker, and a pediatric nutritionist available to our patients within the practice setting. We have a radiology suite and a laboratory in our building providing easy patient access.
