The practice is conveniently located in Lancaster on the campus of Fairfield Medical Center. The selected provider will see outpatient individual therapy and patients seeking weight loss surgery, including evaluations and pre/post-operative support. The provider should be skilled in PAI, MBMD, WALI, Bariatric Assessments and CBT for Insomnia or be willing to obtain training for these services.  Lancaster is conveniently located 30 minutes southeast of Columbus, Ohio and offers new schools and great neighborhoods.
