Serves as a primary support for staff and assists in meeting the educational needs of staff.

Identifies, develops and implements educational programs and in-services for staff.
Serves as a resource to patients, families and healthcare team.
Engages in continuing education activities and promotes use of research or professional standards in care activities Implements and participates in projects and audits with staff and assists in tracking compliance and outcomes.
Serves as a resource and coach for staff on the unit and collaborates with Team Leader, Clinician and Clinical Educator.
Provides leadership, guidance, and support for staff members to affect positive patient outcomes.
Serves as a charge therapist.
