Pain Psychologist The Pain Psychologist has specialized training in pain management and opioid safety. This is a temporary position supported by national funding through the end of FY23 for a full-time pain psychologist who is a team member of the Pain Management Opioid Safety Program (PMOP). The PMOP is a truly interdisciplinary and multi-faceted Pain Management Program that integrates evidence-based practice and technology with the purpose of supporting opioid safety initiatives within VHA.
