The Social Work Supervisor manages the administrative and clinical aspects of the work of the outpatient primary care social work staff. The incumbent will also oversee staff development, educational, and competency training. Incumbent provides professional practice oversight, direct clinical services, and program coordination responsibilities as well as day-to-day operations of the outpatient primary care section. Duties include, but are not limited to: Supervisory Duties: Assists in planning, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures.
