The Psychology Program Manager (BHIP/ MST Coordinator) is a role model for the interns and postdoctoral residents, as well as psychologists and psychotherapists within Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP). He or she designs, develops, and implements clinical programs for the Military Sexual Trauma (MST) Program and displays a cooperative attitude to effectively implement the organization's mission and goals. Providing a full range of psychological testing, psychodiagnostics, assessment services including administration, interpretation, reporting and writing of psychological testing Offering a variety of psychological interventions, to include clinical skills in evidenced based treatments appropriate for the nature of the referral problem Consulting with other health care providers in BHIP as well as outpatient, inpatient, residential, and community-based health care settings in MST treatment Serving as a resource for other professional staff concerning the need for and development of psychological services Developing individual and group psychotherapy programs and protocols for MST treatment Providing education and training to clinical staff to assist with the implementation of care for patients with MST Managing and tracking all MST Consults which includes analyzing and reporting data, treatment needs and outcomes to Mental Health Service Management Directing and engaging in outreach activities within the facility and community allies to include coordinating efforts to celebrate Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April Participating in VISN-level and National calls on MST policy, procedures, and planning and represents the SAVAHCS as MST liaison Serving as the Women's Health Mental Health Advocate and participates in all relevant meetings and projects Providing clinical supervision and instruction for psychology interns, post-doctoral psychology fellows, social work interns, and licensed social workers seeking senior social work licensure Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
