Registered Nurse working in a mental health specialty who has mental health/behavioral health nursing experience. Registered Nurse- Domiciliary duties include but are not limited to the following: Develops and promotes a consistent and high quality therapeutic recovery-oriented programming for all patients in acute psychiatric inpatient unit. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating psychosocial educational groups and recovery programming based on evidence-based models for the improvement of quality patient care and organizational processes. Facilitates and/or assist with inpatient groups and/or be involved in promoting holistic patient care. Works collaboratively with the Nurse Managers, and Mental Health Interdisciplinary teams in ensuring that recovery principles are incorporated in assessing, developing and maintaining a minimum of four hours of recovery groups every day including weekends and holidays, as well as developing monitors, analyzing data for trends and evaluating outcomes. Work Schedule: Full time, permanent position with rotating tours of duty based on the needs of the unit to include days, weekends, evening and night shifts. Primary tours of duty may include 7:30am-4:00pm, 3:30pm-12:00am, 11:30pm-8:00am. Other tours of duty that may be utilized: 5:00am-1:30pm, 6:00am-2:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, and 1:00pm-9:30pm.
