The incumbent serves as a program coordinator in the Community Nursing Home (CNH) program. The incumbent is delegated responsibility for planning and coordination of all elements of the CNH program, including delegation of work to staff assigned to the program. The incumbent is responsible for independently assuring that VA Central Office Geriatrics and Extended Care program standards and policies are adhered to in a timely and effective manner.
