The Outpatient Mental Health Triage registered nurse is a professional who works both independently and in collaboration with licensed independent providers to direct the concerns of established mental health patients who present to the clinic with acute crises, medication concerns, and a variety of other issues. The nurse uses skills of assessment, planning, intervening, and evaluating concerns of patients. Mental health treatment provided is documented within prescribed guidelines in CPRS.
