The incumbent assumes the supervisory and administrative responsibility for the management of the Behavioral Health Clinics in the Southern Tier of the VA Finger Lakes Health Care System which incudes the Bath Campus and associated CBOC's and Rural Health Clinics. The incumbent assists in planning, establishing and implementing policies and procedures; ensuring appropriate workload capture and medical evaluating, coordinating, and overseeing the Behavioral Health Clinic and assigned programs.
Providing Health Care for Veterans: The Veterans Health Administration is America’s largest integrated health care system, providing care at 1,255 health care facilities, including 170 medical centers and 1,074 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity (VHA outpatient clinics), serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year.
