The Ambulatory Care Service line of the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System is currently recruiting two full time GS-12 Senior Social Workers at the Reno location. The first positions will serve as the Ambulatory Care High Risk Senior Social Worker and the second will serve as the Transition and Care Management Senior Social Worker.
