The Activity Therapist completes all activity therapy programming, from assessment, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, to discharge planning, as assigned. Knowledge of treatment programs, leisure education, social skill development, arts, and sports, needed. The Activity Therapist supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups.
