LPA/LSSP and Licensed Psychologist

The Shelton Evaluation Center is currently seeking both a Masters level psychologist (LPA/LSSP) and a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D) to join the Evaluation Center team, LPA/LSSP - The Shelton Evaluation Center assesses children, adolescents, and adults on a broad variety of presenting problems, including learning disabilities, ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Primary duties include administration and scoring of tests as well as interpretive report writing. Experience with psychoeducational and autism-spectrum batteries is required. Collaboration with team members is expected. Anticipated start date is as soon as possible. Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D.) - The psychologist must be licensed in the state of Texas. The Shelton Evaluation Center assesses children, adolescents, and adults with a broad variety of presenting problems. These can include learning disabilities, ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Psycheducational, neuropsychological, and autism spectrum assessments are offered to clients ranging in age from two to forty years of age. The psychologist position requires expertise in assessment with experience in administering and interpreting psychoeducational tests. Additional experience with autism spectrum disorder evaluations is required. Primary duties include assessment (interview/testing), interpretive report writing, and feedback conferences with clients. Collaboration with team members is expected. Both positions are initially as a contract position but becoming at least a part-time position if both parties agree. LPA/LSSP - A master’s degree and licensure as an Licensed Psychological Associate/LSSP with testing experience is required. Licensed Psychologist - Ph.D required and must be licensed in the state of Texas.
