Our greatest asset is our staff, comprised of psychiatrists, professional nurses, social workers and therapists, who work as a team to uphold Rolling Hills Hospital's commitment to excellence in helping patients and their families resolve behavioral health problems. Rolling Hills has an opportunity for an Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to join our team. At Rolling Hills Hospital, we offer behavioral health services for Adolescents, Adults, Adults with dual diagnoses, and Older Adult/Geriatrics. We integrate the principles of Service Excellence into our workplace and patient care culture. The Adolescent Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing counseling services to patients in our outpatient programming. The Outpatient Therapist will provide group counseling to patients of all ages using clinically appropriate modalities such as cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy. The Therapist will provide psycho education group experiences including coping skills, goal setting, healthy leisure activities, etc.. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for completing intake assessments, must have the ability to develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families, and provide appropriate crisis intervention as necessary by anticipating and responding quickly to escalating behaviors. The Outpatient Therapist should be familiar with and demonstrate consistent compliance with CMS and JCAHO requirements for clinical documentation.
